The California Preschool Instructional Network’s purpose for these sessions is to provide high quality professional development to preschool, transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade teachers in San Gabriel Unified School District. The expected outcomes are to increase teachers’ understanding of the early math-learning continuum and provide strategies to support number sense development.
This workshop will provide excellent tools to support you in the area of building concrete understanding in number sense and connecting it to the Pre-K Foundations and Common Core State Standards for math.
